Sharmishta is touched by her mother’s gesture of pure love

On the bride’s big day, her mother decided to surprise her with Platinum Evara, and what can we say? Her reaction was truly one to remember. Sharmshita Deb is a confident and strong-minded bride who works as a marketing professional for a software company in Hyderabad. Born and brought up in Shillong, she belongs to a conservative Bengali family. Her love story is simple, she met her Mr. Right - Rajat on a matrimonial site and from that moment on there was no looking back.

As she prepares to start her new life in Australia, deep down she knows that living away from her mother is going to be the hardest part, as she considers her to be the closest person in her life. From receiving life advice to withstanding its ups and downs, they have always been a team.

On the day of her marriage, as both of them spend their last few intimate moments together, her mother blesses her with Platinum Evara. Her mother’s endearing blessing symbolises her pure love, hoping that it will remind Sharmishta of her constant support from miles away. Sweet, isn’t it?

A delighted Sharmishta said “Now, I have a very special bond with Platinum. Not only because it has come to me as a special blessing from my mother… but also because this piece is very stylish, very chic, very me – it suits my personality and I love it!” Watch her moment of blessing in the video below.

Platinum. The pure metal.

Did you know that white gold is an alloy created using yellow gold? To keep its white colour white gold, will usually need to be re-plated, whereas platinum is naturally white and will not cast any colour onto a diamond. At 95% pure, Platinum will never fade, just like the bond you share with your loved one.
